This position involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and managing administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, in-person, and online platforms
  • Manage office administrative tasks efficiently to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Update our website regularly to guarantee an optimal customer experience
  • Develop and implement engaging marketing content across social media platforms
  • Create informative newsletters to keep customers up-to-date on our latest news and offers

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • A high level of patience and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
  • A passion for photography and the ability to transform images into creative marketing content
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in image editing software and website management
