Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Le Bouquet Stt inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and marketing support.

About the Role
  • Take customer orders over the phone, in person, and online with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Manage office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and regularly update our website to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Manage our social media platforms by creating compelling content and engaging with our online community.
  • Design and distribute engaging newsletters to keep our customers informed of the latest news and offers.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • High level of patience and a positive attitude, even in demanding situations.
  • Passion for photography and the ability to turn images into creative marketing content.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in image editing software and website management.

  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal form, in both French and English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Being friendly, patient, and able to treat customers with empathy and respect, even in challenging situations.

  • Time Management: Being organized and able to prioritize tasks to effectively address customer needs.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
