We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Business Performance and Insights. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business performance measurement strategy and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our business performance measurement strategy, including the design and deployment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams.
- Provide analytical support and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and technologies to support data-driven decision making.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business performance measurement, analytics, and strategy.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
