Business Insights Analyst

About the Role:

Lundbeck is seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Insights team, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate forecasts, providing data-driven insights to solve business challenges, and contributing to customer-centric commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market and product analyses to help commercial teams understand trends and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and implement thorough, meaningful, and insightful field force effectiveness analytics and sales performance reporting for the Sales team.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence manager to ensure that meaningful dashboards and automated reports are being delivered to support decision-making for Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the Annual brand planning by leveraging analytical expertise to help identify opportunities and threats to brand growth.
  5. Identify areas that could benefit from market research insights and feed this into marketing; contribute to brand team's identification of actionable insights from market research results.
  6. Collaborate with the rest of the Business Insights team to ensure best practice sharing, consistency, and standardization in analytics across brands and business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in analytics.
  • Experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry an asset.
