Farm Supervisor Job Description

Sukhi's Hill Top Farm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our crop production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate crop growth and development, considering factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures, ensuring the well-being of our staff and the quality of our produce.
  • Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience in crop production and farm operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment.
