About the Role

Lead and inspire a high-performing DevOps team, driving excellence in project management, tool selection, mentoring, and developing cutting-edge DevOps practices. Manage complex tasks with minimal guidance, ensuring critical infrastructure components' reliability, adaptability, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality products by understanding and addressing DevOps needs related to AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to implement specialized tools, distribution pipelines, and processes for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Ensure the reliability, adaptability, and resilience of crucial infrastructure components, taking responsibility for servers, databases, hosted services, load balancers, and more.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful DevOps team management experience.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years in managing Linux environments (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, or Ubuntu).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service-oriented architectures, software development life cycle, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Proficiency in Git, automation concepts, and tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and master rapidly evolving web technologies and techniques.
