Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead our Transfer In Operations teams at CI Financial. This role demands strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance excellence in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Transfer Operations teams, ensuring exceptional service quality, innovation, and professionalism in ATON and Non-ATON Transfers.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by providing training, coaching, and recognition to team members, promoting succession planning and staff development.
  • Oversight of complex deliverables to ensure quality control, risk management, and adherence to established regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain awareness of new technology solutions, processes, and procedures to enhance timeliness, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency, providing feedback and guidance to managers on these initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in securities, transfer operations, or a related technology sector, including financial operations, project management, vendor management, analysis, and risk control.
  • Strong leadership experience, both direct and indirect, for at least 5 years, with a proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, adapt to new technologies, and leverage system enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement, focusing on procedural improvements that drive business value.

Compensation & Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated annual compensation of $145,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more. Salary may vary based on location and individual qualifications.
