Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. as a Collaboration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Engineering Information System (EIS) collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing among team members.
  • Design and implement technical system design specifications, use cases, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Upgrade and migrate SharePoint environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical support and resolution for SharePoint user tickets, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint security patches, ensuring the integrity and security of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions in Visual Studio.NET, leveraging SharePoint's API and web services.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, notifications, and business processes to support our Engineering Information System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SharePoint's capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a college diploma (2-year minimum) in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in SharePoint development, administration, and management.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale SharePoint environments.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint's architecture, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Server, SQL Server, and other related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ETL and reporting processes using aggregate data from various applications hosted using Excel Services.
  • Experience supporting back-end databases used for RTM/RQM, PasswordState, Fortify, and EPO, CQWeb.
  • Experience with 3rd party Webpart integration and custom WebPart development using MS Visual Studio.
  • Experience using SharePoint Designer for Workflow and list development.
  • Experience using VMware ESX 6.5+ virtualized environment settings.
