Job Summary

Digiuseppe Interior Design Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Manage events and activities to promote the company's brand and reputation
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into the workforce
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees

Support for Indigenous People

  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their careers
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
