Store Operations Assistant

At Mobil Gas Station, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency in our retail environment.
Responsibilities:
•
Direct and control daily store operations
•
Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement
•
Plan and organize daily store operations to meet customer demands
•
Manage store staff and assign duties as needed
•
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
•
Determine merchandise and services to be sold in the store
•
Implement price and credits policies
•
Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
•
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
•
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
•
Determine staffing requirements and schedules
•
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements:
•
2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
•
Attention to detail and organizational skills
•
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
