Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Corky's Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains competitive and offers a wide range of products to meet customer demands.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability and drive business growth.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
