Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and update medical records.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
  • Complete insurance claim forms and other related documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a medical administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
