We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team in Burlington. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating commercial financing requests, analyzing financial statements, and preparing financial transactions for documentation and funding.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate commercial financing requests by reviewing applicants' credit histories and analyzing financial statements.
- Prepare financial transactions for documentation and funding on complex transactions.
- Review credit history, profitability, and liquidity of clients to assess risk level.
- Create and prepare Long-Form reports.
- Provide guidance and training when necessary to other employees on the Credit Team.
- 5 years of credit analysis experience.
- Proficient in handling complex risk management cases.
- Well-versed in analyzing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial forecasts.
- Vast expertise in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills/leadership qualities.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Previous underwriting experience.
- Experience in a team-lead role.
