Retail Credit Risk Analyst

  • Timely evaluation and processing of retail credit applications to support equipment sales and minimize risk of loss.
  • Review and make decisions on credit transactions or submit recommendations to higher approval authorities.
  • Effective communication with CNH Capital sales teams, dealers, and customers to structure transactions that support equipment sales.
  • Knowledge and application of policy and procedure as required.
  • Identification and implementation of process and system improvements.
  • Timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills with ability to propose creative solutions.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with dealers and internal customers.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $78,000 annually (actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualifications).

Qualifications

  • Availability to work 10am – 7pm EST shift.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years commercial credit underwriting experience or related areas in the credit cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working in financial services credit or collections.
  • Financial spreading/analysis.
  • Bilingual (French).
  • Will to learn data analysis, dashboards, and market trends to enhance decision-making.
