Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Determine targeted customer account potential and establish sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and margins, improve productivity, and manage assets and expenses
- Build relationships in the community to understand the marketplace and identify new markets
- Safeguard and maintain all Profit Centre assets
- A minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
- A career with a solid, stable company with strong core values
- Participation in our pension plan with employer contributions
- Great mentors and on-the-job training
