Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at LGG Industrial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assembling products, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced industrial environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide technical assistance, support, and sales activities on the front line, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Update sales orders and inventory modules within P21 (inventory control system) accurately and efficiently.
  • Assembly and Manufacturing: Assemble products to company, customer, and manufacturer's standards, operating mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts, and picking lifts as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products are assembled and meet specifications.
  • Physical Inventory: Assist with physical inventory tasks when assigned.
  • Delivery and Customer Visits: May deliver products or visit customer sites as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, basic mechanical skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, internet, and email.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
