We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Nacora Trade Credit Insurance. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for establishing client insurance coverage, ensuring policy requirements are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish client insurance coverage and ensure policy requirements are met
  • Provide information on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, and policy features
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries
  • Provide customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence
  • 2 years of experience in property/casualty insurance, commercial insurance, individual insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, and house insurance
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
