Bakery Operations Manager

Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd is seeking a skilled Bakery Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bakery plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff, preparing production reports, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Prepare special orders
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Operate machinery
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
