Bakery Operations Manager

At Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery plant, overseeing the training and development of our staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Production Management: Prepare production reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise the activities of workers to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, organize and maintain inventory, and operate machinery as needed.
- Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, establish methods to meet work schedules, and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
