Key Responsibilities- Analyze System Performance: Utilize expertise to analyze CPU utilization, memory usage, network usage, garbage collection, and database parameters and reports to verify application performance.
- Provide Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to enhance system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- System Performance Lifecycle: Oversee the system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
- Evaluate System Performance: Evaluate system performances and recommend improvements.
- Technical Expertise: Possess at least 5 years' experience in microservice development, Java/J2EE performance tuning, database performance tuning, garbage collection, and heap analysis.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Diagnose and solve complex technical issues, review architectures and detailed designs, and identify bottlenecks across various layers of application stacks.
- Code Profiling: Utilize code profilers and analyze profiling snapshots to optimize system performance.
- Middleware Knowledge: Have knowledge of application server and database middleware, including tuning.
- APM Tools: Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
- Thread Dump Analysis: Experience in thread dump analysis and heap dump analysis.
- Java Microservices Development: Strong aptitude for Java microservices development and the ability to switch from development to performance engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in performance optimization, microservices development, and Java/J2EE performance tuning.
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in performance optimization, microservices development, and Java/J2EE performance tuning.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
