Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Specialist to join our team at Keste. As a Quality Performance Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective supply chain planning processes using SAP IBP. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business goals and improve their overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our IBP Functional Consultants and Architects to develop a build and delivery plan that meets the clients' requirements and timeline aligned with their KPIs and definition of success.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors.
• Help clients understand how to integrate plans across different horizons.
• Support blueprint sessions to identify requirements and guide the design towards supply chain best practices.
• Lead weekly calls and AMS ticket reviews and detailed descriptions of RCA when needed.
• Provide maintenance of ongoing ticketing system and customer communications and escalation for open items.
• Adhere to client specific SLA on ticket and issue resolution(s).

Requirements:

• Min. BS degree in a technical field (Engineering, Supply Chain) or BA degree in business with relevant job experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support experience, of which more than 2 years should be in SAP IBP.
• Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Roll out or Production support experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and Overall knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of clearly communicating analysis & solutions to the customer.
• Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
• Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules. Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces.
• Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes.
• Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines and capacity to resolve general issues related to SAP IBP S&OP.
• Working experience in SAP HCI setup and exposure to complex interfaces.
• Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.
• Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts guidance when necessary.
• Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
• Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
• Must be willing to work in a team.
• Project management skills will be a value add.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
