Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Specialist to join our team at Keste. As a Quality Performance Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective supply chain planning processes using SAP IBP. Your expertise in SAP IBP and supply chain planning will enable you to drive business growth and improvement for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our IBP Functional Consultants and Architects to design and implement supply chain planning solutions that meet our clients' needs and timelines.
• Establish strong relationships with our clients' business leaders and project sponsors to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' supply chain planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead weekly calls and AMS ticket reviews to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide detailed descriptions of root cause analysis when necessary.
• Provide maintenance of ongoing ticketing systems and customer communications, escalating open items as needed.
• Adhere to client-specific SLAs for ticket and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support, with more than 2 years in SAP IBP.
• Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data to develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development and refinement of our Performance Improvement methods, tools, and capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IBP Certification Associate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with the ability to research topics and offer solutions.
• Affinity for automation and detailed process improvement.
