We are seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our clinical care team. As a member of our team, you will provide support, advocacy, and choice to residents and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, meal service, and mobility/transfer in a safe and caring manner.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
- Completed Bridging Modules, if required.
- Effective reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
