Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain the spa facilities, including pools, saunas, steam rooms, and outdoor areas, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Pool Operations: Operate the pools, saunas, and steam rooms, ensuring that water chemistry is within safe and healthy standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in spa or hotel maintenance, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Certifications: Current Certified Pool Operators (CPO) license and WHMIS, First Aid (including CPR) certifications are required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle pool chemicals responsibly.
  • Communication Skills: Good judgment and communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
