We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Recruitment Programs Lead to join our team at the Bank of Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a central role in designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for leading our student and recent graduate recruitment programs, including University Recruitment (UR) campaigns, and developing partnerships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders. Your expertise will help us build a pipeline of talented individuals who share our vision and values.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that meet business objectives
  • Lead the design and execution of UR campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, representing the Bank at outreach events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Analyze data and trends to inform recruitment decisions and optimize program effectiveness
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will have a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience in leading recruitment teams. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module and knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies are assets.

What We Offer

The Bank of Canada offers a competitive salary range of $106,739 to $125,575, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect:

  • A performance-based incentive of up to 7-10% of your base salary
