Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate financial transactions between clients and ensure timely completion
- Manage office activities and operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Oversee clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices and receipts
- 3+ years of experience in a reception, office administrative, or assistant role in a financial, auditing, insurance, investment, accounting, or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling financial data and working with numbers is an asset
