Office & Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate financial transactions between clients and ensure timely completion
  • Manage office activities and operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Oversee clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices and receipts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a reception, office administrative, or assistant role in a financial, auditing, insurance, investment, accounting, or related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling financial data and working with numbers is an asset
