Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and coordinating their activities to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment: The work environment is outdoors, noisy, and dusty. The work setting is construction, fabrication, inspection, installation, commercial, industrial, institutional, maintenance, residential, repair, restoration, and various locations.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Language: English.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week.
