Job Summary
Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Communication: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
Work Environment:
36 hours per week, with a permanent work term
