Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at FIX AUTO EDMONTON EAST. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts service department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the parts service team to meet performance targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of services provided.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, expenses, and budget adherence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
