Marketing Manager Role at Black Cat Wear Parts

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Black Cat Wear Parts, a world-class wear parts manufacturing and distribution company based in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our products and services to the construction, mining, and road maintenance industries.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a highly motivated and organized individual with strong digital marketing skills and experience in creating engaging content. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our products and services
  • Create and design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, and website content
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audiences using email, social media, and traditional media channels
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including advertising and communications strategies
  • Educate management about research findings and discuss proposals for branding and promoting products
  • Report on category performance, including sales and margin performance, variance analysis, sales forecast(s), sales trends, and plans to achieve budget
  • Contribute to unit forecasting and inventory management effectiveness
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Strong user proficiency in graphic design software and various marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Illustrator, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in using EPICOR to create and manage marketing materials would be an asset
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
