About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Fired Up Grill. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
