About the Role:

The Director of Technology is a critical member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.

This key role will oversee the Technology group, comprising 12+ full-time Team Members and various 3rd party support vendors. The Director will lead the development and maintenance of our annual technology roadmap, identifying key projects, timelines, costs, and KPIs of success.

A key focus will be on evolving our CRM, Loyalty, and Cross-Channel selling and marketing capabilities to support our next-level Omni-Channel business strategy. The Director will also develop a technology roadmap to support our US growth plan, working closely with our DC network evolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with knowledge across technology solutions, and experience supporting and working on ERP's and enterprise systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with Shopify and leading a BI team is considered an advantage.
