Wash Bay Supervisor Night Shift

About the Role

HyLife is a global leader in food processing, and we're seeking a highly skilled Wash Bay Supervisor to join our team in Killarney, MB. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective washing of trailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule trailers through the wash bay to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate washing of trailers
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Reassemble and equip trailers with necessary tools and equipment
  • Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure trailers are safe and ready for use
  • Meet all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by company policy
  • Maintain records of wash bay usage and report findings to Q.A.

Requirements

  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Class 1 Driver's License or ability to drive semi-trucks an asset
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
