As a Wash Bay Supervisor Night Shift at HyLife, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our wash bay facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule trailers through the wash bay to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure timely and accurate washing of trailers to meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Maintenance teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Verify that all trailers are reassembled and equipped with necessary tools and equipment for the next load.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure trailers are safe and ready for operation.
  • Pull all trailers in the bake/dry bays and maintain records of usage.
  • Meet all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by company policy.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party inspectors to ensure timely and accurate inspections.
  • Monitor wash bay operations and report any findings to Q.A.

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Class 1 Driver's License or ability to drive semi-trucks an asset
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
