As a key member of the HyLife team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our wash bay facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the washing and maintenance of trailers, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and prepared for the next load.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of trailers through the wash bay
  • Timely and accurate washing
  • Collaboration with Dispatch and Maintenance teams
  • Ensuring all trailers are reassembled and equipped with necessary tools and equipment
  • Performing pre-trip inspections
  • Pulling all trailers in the bake/dry bays
  • Meeting all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintaining records of bake/dry bay usage and reporting findings to Q.A.
  • Collaborating with 3rd party inspectors
  • Tracking washes done by the HyLife Truck Wash

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Class 1 or ability to drive semi an asset
  • 2-4 years of supervising experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of organization and self-motivation
  • Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision
