Wash Bay Technician

HyLife is seeking a skilled Wash Bay Technician to join our team in Killarney. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our trailers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate washing and scheduling of trailers through the wash bay
  • Ensuring all trailers are reassembled and equipped with necessary tools and equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring all custom washing services are completed
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and biosecurity protocols
  • Performing general maintenance and reporting any advanced problems to the maintenance team
  • Ensuring all washers' clothing is available and ready at all times

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and problem-solve
  • Strong focus on food safety and workplace safety
  • Class 1 license an asset
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Previous wash bay experience an asset
