About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at COMPONENT ELECTRONICS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Warehouse Facilities
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by maintaining the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces.
  • Process and Manage Inventory
    • Identify, label, and catalogue items received, and ensure accurate inventory records.
    • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and prepare requisition orders to replenish stock.
  • Coordinate Logistics and Shipping
    • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and prepare them for storage or distribution.
    • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and under pressure.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
