Job Summary

HR Path is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients, challenging and designing HR solutions, and translating client requirements into possible configuration options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
  • Challenge and design HR solutions in line with client expectations
  • Translate client requirements into possible configuration options
  • Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, write design documents, and provide end-user training of the final solution
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday best practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing Workday solutions
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and French (written, oral, and presentation)
  • Workday Core HCM certification and experience with Absence/Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, and Performance/Talent modules
