Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Advanced Compensation Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement and configure Workday solutions, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global clients, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
  2. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing recommendations and solutions to meet client goals.
  3. Lead and execute medium to high complexity projects, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  6. Stay up-to-date with Workday best practices and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
  2. Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Reporting.
  3. Ability to lead medium to large projects for the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping/planning to go-live.
  4. Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective measures.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.
  7. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
