Food Service Manager

Join Chicken Chef Neepawa as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment with odours present.
