Food Service Manager

At MANITOBA LTD. O/A SUBWAY, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Client-focused and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
