Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve our food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
