Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food meets quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, and maintain records of staff attendance and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail are required for this role.
