Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre team in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, with a focus on providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and revenue received.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team Lead to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.
- Work closely with Inspection Centre representatives to resolve inspection fee-related discrepancies.
- Maintain high service levels and adhere to departmental statistics.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask without compromising accuracy.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with changing time constraints.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
- Flexibility to work a shift ranging between 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts may be required.
- Flexibility to work Canadian holidays.
