Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and revenue received.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Team Lead to resolve complex billing issues.
  • Work with minimal supervision, maintaining high service levels and adhering to departmental statistics.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising accuracy.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with changing time constraints.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a shift ranging between 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts may be required.
  • Flexibility to work Canadian holidays.
