Insurance Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Recrute Action. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer insurance needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies.
  • Assist new customers with their Home and Auto insurance needs.
  • Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet changing needs and offering new products as required.
  • Drive strong customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals by gathering all necessary information for pricing and risk analysis.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree is an asset.
  • OTL or RIBO license is an asset.
  • Willingness to obtain an OTL (Other Than Life) insurance license—training and exam are provided.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive training program, including a 4-week on-site OTL licensing training class. Our training class begins in October, and we provide full support and guidance throughout the process.
