We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Coordinator to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL.
About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires exceptional financial management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. As a Financial Analyst Coordinator, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, managing fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the balance of various accounts.
Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payment to employees.
- Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, accurately recording values and adjusting records as necessary.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, statements, and journal entries.
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare various financial and statistical reports, providing insights into company performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
