Spa Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox in Vancouver. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for our spa guests
  • Manage daily spa operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
  • Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to promote our spa services
  • Conduct orientation tours and provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, and services
  • Actively promote our spa, treatments, and services to guests and team members
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and money handling skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
