Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests.
  • Interview, hire, and coach staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement outreach marketing strategies to promote the spa.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets.
  • Provide orientation tours and explain spa amenities, services, and features.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and programming promotions.
  • Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
  • Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and money handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
  • Team player with a friendly and outgoing personality.
