Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox Vancouver. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests, provide orientation tours, and answer questions about spa amenities and services.
  • Staff Management: Interview, hire, and coach staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality spa treatments.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement outreach marketing strategies to promote the spa and its services.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and monitoring of daily goals.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of spa services and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a friendly personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess basic math and money handling skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
